Exhibits Development Group is joining creative forces with Discovery Communications to bring you a truly mind-blowing exhibition, MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition™,  based on the Discovery Channel’s most popular television program. The exhibition will premiere in 2012 and travel to leading science institutions in North America until 2018.

For years, the team from the popular Discovery Channel TV series MythBusters has entertained and inspired audiences of all ages with wacky experiments and an unconventional approach to science. Now, a hands-on, minds-on exhibition sparks that same MythBusting experimentation, discovery and daring.

“To be able to witness live the scientific excitement of MythBusters is a rare and unique opportunity and we are thrilled to bring it to the doorsteps of the show’s many fans,” said Amy Noble Seitz, Founder and CEO of Exhibits Development Group. “Supporting Discovery Communications, its talented team and the MythBusters themselves on the debut of their first major traveling exhibition is an honor. We truly hope this exhibit will spur scientific thought and experimentation for all ages.”

MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition is organized by Exhibits Development Group together with Geoffrey M. Curley + Associates in collaboration with Discovery Communications

The streets of London – dark, shadowy, mysterious – set the stage for Sherlock Holmes: The Science of Deduction.  The science driven experiential and environmental exhibition invites you to follow in the footsteps of Sherlock Holmes, the literary creation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Join the master detective on his pursuit to crack the most intricate mysteries and dreadful crimes using the powers of deduction and the most cutting-edge 19th century crime solving techniques. Surpass the infallible Holmes by joining today’s forensic investigators with 120 years of scientific progress and discovery at your fingertips. Become a master sleuth by participating in live experiments developed by real forensic specialists. Under their guidance and with the power of deduction you will be introduced to a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines that will aid you in solving some of Holmes’ most difficult cases and in disentangling previously unsolved mysteries.

Join the exhibition fun by contacting EDG for more information. "It is elementary, my Dear Watson!"

Inspired by Liberace’s brilliant and lavish performances Liberace: The Exhibition  embraces what the multi talented entertainer is most known for: his style and his extraordinary showmanship. Together with a wealth of documentary material, the exhibition will showcase many of the entertainer’s most extravagant costumes and stage props including sparkling cars, shimmering candelabras and sumptuously adorned pianos. In the spirit of performance, the exhibition is presented through a series of theatrical and experiential environments. They reflect on the paradigm shifts in entertainment that were brought about by Liberace and bring to light his legacy, which continues to set the stage for many contemporary entertainers. The exhibiton also takes a close look at the entertainer’s careful invention of the Liberace persona off and on stage. It examines the difficult task of navigating through personal challenges in the harsh spotlight of fame and under the perpetual scrutiny of relentless paparazzi and a demanding press. The exhibition, both educational and highly entertaining, interprets and mirrors Liberace’s innovative performances in a style that invites participation and provides personal, tangible and passionate experiences for visitors.
